What I can do with feral cats in Melbourne, Australia?

I have three cats that hang around my house. Two of them have never had, obviously, much human interaction, they come to steal food from my dogs. "This is the third time I've had a litter of kittens and I just feed them to kittens to stay healthy. I'll end up with thousands of cats around.
